Shipping & Return Policy
- Due to the nature of our products ( made to order ) ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You may return (misprinted/damaged/defective) Product; we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
- The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- If you would like to return an item, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us to request your return and receive your personalized address label. You need your order number - it's in your order confirmation email and on your order paperwork.
Once you place your order, we will start crafting your product for you, all of our bags are made to order, which means products are not created until a confirmed order for products is received, so please allow a short period of production time, 99% of our orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days.
Please keep in mind that international shipping might take 2-4 weeks after the order is fulfilled depending on your location.
Note: All International orders are subject to customs fees being applied and required to be collected upon the parcel receiving, and it depends on each destination country's customs laws and regulations as to when and how high fees can be applied.
We are not responsible for any other shipping charges and will not refund for them. Customers are responsible for paying International Customs Charge.
If your package were sent back to us because it was not picked up at customs, we would not resend your package. Instead, we will refund you for your order minus shipping.
Before you confirm your order: please kindly make sure that you write in the correct and detailed information of your shipping address.
Wrong address - if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for re-shipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
